Is everyone ready to get into the June party mood? We are so ready around here 🤩

Today is super creamy yellow hominy day with condensed milk and coconut milk and, of course, the traditional flavor of the spices that we love: cloves and cinnamon. It's really delicious, guys!

✨ Ingredients:

1 cup of yellow hominy tea
½ can of condensed milk
½ glass of coconut milk
½ cup of sugar
1 pinch of salt
cinnamon stick to taste
clove to taste
1 liter of water

✨ Preparation method:

Start by soaking the hominy in warm water for at least two hours.

Then place it in the pressure cooker with a good pinch of salt, cloves, cinnamon and 1 liter of water. Cook for 40 minutes from the moment the pan whistles.

Turn off the heat, wait for all the pressure to release from the pan and check if the corn is soft. If so, add the condensed milk, coconut milk and sugar. Mix well and return to low heat, uncovered, for another 15 minutes.

Serve hot or cold and enjoy!
